Payment Methods Accepted at HansaToyStore

HansaToyStore gladly accepts Credit Cards and Debit Cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal, BitCoin, Amazon Payments, and Personal Checks and Company Checks as payment for all purchases. (We also accept purchase orders from Educational Institutions and Religious Organizations).

  • For Purchases Made with Credit Cards and Debit Cards:

    We do NOT charge your credit or debit card until your order actually ships except in the case of Special Order items.

    At the time you place your order, we get an authorization from your bank which tells us it's OK to continue with your transaction. This authorization only places a "hold" on your credit card for the amount of your purchase.

    When we actually compete your order (pack it, notify you it is shipping and deliver it to the carrier (USPS)), we perform a settlement which lets your bank know that the transaction is complete and automatically requests that payment be sent to us.

    Breathe easy, know that HansaToyStore will NEVER charge your card and take your money until your order has shipped! (except in the cases of special order items, layaway's, and shipments held by request)

    For orders placed by e-mail or fax, please download and complete the Credit Card Authorization Form and return it to us via fax or e-mail.

  • For Purchases Made Using PayPal, Bitcoin, and Payments by Amazon:

    Your PayPal, Bitcoin, or Amazon account will be charged at the time of order. If we are unable to ship you order within 29 days, your account will be refunded in full and when we are able to ship your order, we will contact you to make payment arrangements.

    Please make sure to select a shipping address from from your PayPal or Amazon account that matches the shipping address you entered in your shopping cart. Note: If these addresses do not match, or if the address is not a verified PayPal or Amazon address, we may contact you to confirm your order details.

  • For Purchases Made with Personal Checks or Business Checks:

    Our staff is happy to assist you with your purchase-by-check. Please give us a call at 516.665.2730 so we can complete your order with you, or you may add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, applying any eligible coupons you may have, and calculating your Order Total. Once you know your Order Total, print the page and mail it to us along with your check in the amount of the Order Total made payable to: Phoenix Toys, LLC and mail it to:
