Returns & Exchanges Policy
HansaToyStore wants nothing more than for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases as well as our service. Every product we sell comes with a 100% Guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you are welcome to send back the products(s) you're unhappy with, for a refund or store credit in the form of a Gift Certificate (excluding shipping) within 30 days of your purchase. You may also choose to exchange it for any other item on our web site that you prefer. Returned items must be in "as-new" condition to qualify for refunds. If merchandise is opened and/or unable to be resold, your return may be denied or a Store Credit may be issued. For Gift-Size animals, a 25% Restocking Fee against regular, non-discounted retail price may be imposed at the sole discretion of HansaToyStore.com. For Life-Size and Ride-on animals, a 50% Restocking Fee against regular, non-discounted retail price may be imposed at the sole discretion of HansaToyStore.com. Orders for Special Order items are non-cancel-able, and Special Order items are not returnable.
Items returned without a valid RMA # issued by HansaToyStore, or without the RMA # marked on the outside of your package will be refused and returned.
Shipping Charges on Returns
Shipping charges incurred for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) are being returned because they are defective. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges that result from a refund or exchange. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
