I had an excellent experience shopping at Hansa Toy Store Online. One of the items I ordered was out of stock, but a representative emailed me with help and suggestions until we had worked out a satisfactory replacement item. The adjustment of the bill worked smoothly, and we received everything quickly, as well. The only misgiving I had was when I received the package--three animals were stuffed pretty tightly inside a plastic envelope, and I was worried that the dragon's delicate-seeming wings might be injured, but they were not. I imagine the packers are pretty good at getting the animals into the package so that they aren't damaged. I would definitely shop here again, and would recommend to any one. Five Stars!

Another winning sale! I particularly appreciate the willingness to ship the large life size animals internationally, and the ingenious and careful packaging. Instead of wasted box space, the bigger "pets" arrive wrapped like mummies -- clever! Customer service is tops, and shipping is fast. I've recommended the Hansa Toy Store to a number of other doll collectors, as their animals make wonderful props for doll displays.

Living in a distant time zone, I can attest to the wonderful round-the-clock, all-week personalized customer service. Hansa lifesize animals are becoming addictive! First I ordered several dogs, this time the wolf, and the pony is next. (I draw the line at the grandkids' hinting for eight reindeer + Rudolph for next Christmas, though :) .)

The usual smooth, easy transaction I've come to expect. The friendly personal service is exceptional. I'm hoping the company will add to its line the endangered, unique Scottish Highland Wildcat, Felis sylvestris, As a supporter of the cat's preservation, I would put a Hansa version at the top of the shopping list I've made of their other animals I plan to buy!
