The friendly, personal service I get from Hansa keeps me comng back for more and more animals, for myself and as gifts, with others planned for the future, depending on the vagaries of the Canadian dollar's exchange rate. The packing is so secure even the lifesize ones arrive in perfect shape, and international delivery by FedEx is fast and efficient. Top marks to Hansa!

Very nice and helpful man who answers the phone (I think his name was Jack). Great customer service. The only thing I didn't like was that when I ordered something online, when I put in my points towards another stuffed animal, it said I had to then use the points now but couldn't combine them with the current sale.

If the Canadian dollar were stronger, I'd be shopping a couple of times a month at Hansa! While the exchange rate is so unfavourable I have to restrict myself, but even though I visit online less often than I'd like, the personalized customer service and warm welcome is always as much a "warm fuzzy" as the toys themselves :-) . The shipping is fast, and the packing is always ultra-protective.

The online store gave excellent customer service. Joe Kennedy was polite and helpful, answering all my questions via email and phone. He even took pictures of the two animals I was thinking about and sent me photos.

We purchased Christmas presents through Hansa this year. We ended up waiting until the last minute to order and we didn't think that the presents would arrive before Christmas. They were scheduled to arrive on 12/26 since we ordered so late. To our surprise, the animals arrived in the early afternoon on 12/24. The have a wonderful website that makes ordering easy. As far as I am concerned, Hansa makes the most lifelike looking stuffed animals. Their faces and eyes cannot be outdone any where else. Wonderful craftsmen and very high quality products. Just wish they made a lifesize Samoyed or a lifesize WHITE wolf.
