I bought this at the on-line Hansa Toy Store & in the whole process I worked with a very helpful clerks who patiently replied to all my questions & if he/she didn't know the answers he/she got right back to me via their live dialogue on-site e-mailing.

Very nice and helpful man who answers the phone (I think his name was Jack). Great customer service. The only thing I didn't like was that when I ordered something online, when I put in my points towards another stuffed animal, it said I had to then use the points now but couldn't combine them with the current sale.

If the Canadian dollar were stronger, I'd be shopping a couple of times a month at Hansa! While the exchange rate is so unfavourable I have to restrict myself, but even though I visit online less often than I'd like, the personalized customer service and warm welcome is always as much a "warm fuzzy" as the toys themselves :-) . The shipping is fast, and the packing is always ultra-protective.

The online store gave excellent customer service. Joe Kennedy was polite and helpful, answering all my questions via email and phone. He even took pictures of the two animals I was thinking about and sent me photos.
