The store is easy to navigate though I wish some of the photos of the animals were a little bigger/had more angles. But the selection to choose from is amazing, checkout was easy and when I had a customer service issue the staff responded incredibly swiftly and were super accommodating.

What great people to work with! We ordered for Christmas, 2020, but these dogs were out of stock. COVID delays kept moving the delivery date month to month. Customer service kept me updated until mid June when the dogs arrived on our doorstep. Every company should be so happy to work through the bumps along the way. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks!!
