What great people to work with! We ordered for Christmas, 2020, but these dogs were out of stock. COVID delays kept moving the delivery date month to month. Customer service kept me updated until mid June when the dogs arrived on our doorstep. Every company should be so happy to work through the bumps along the way. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks!!

I was happily surprised when I called Hansa that I immediately got a real person on the phone who answered all of my questions! Customer for life!

I ordered a few items for my grandchildren aand they were all beatuifuully made and shipped quickly. One item was on backorder and it was sent when they were back in stock. I did not have to call or remind them .I would order from them again. Very good store.

I really appreciated all of the courteous and helpful support I received as my granddaughter and I waited for the wombat to arrive. Thank you so much!

Efficient online ordering. Thanks!

Store pricing was comparable to other sites that I had been checking for Hansa Toys. My item was well packaged and shipping was quick. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great customer service overall exceptional deals and good shipping, fair and honest! Reputable!

Grandkids received the groundhogs I sent to them and loved them. Just received a video of them unwrapping them. Kids thought that groundhogs were so cute and cuddly and were excited and happy to get them. Thanks for creating the groundhogs.

The people are wonderful at this Hansa (Phoenix Toys) location. Smart, helpful and prompt. THEY CARE !

My transaction with HansaToyStore was excellent.

This store is GREAT, the people are considerate, patient, helpful and prompt. I wish all stores offered such wonderful customer service.

Beautiful pictures and very easy to use.

Wonderful selection, absolutely stunning quality. Fast and efficient shipping too. Highly recommended to serious plush collectors. 5/5.

I slike shopping here, I think the 17.00 fee for a clear plastic bag w/ colored spots is way too much money and IU don't consider that gift wrapped at all. The person saw the gift immediately because the 'gift wrapping' was just a clear plasitic bag.

The store informed me of estimated delivery and was right on target. They were extremely accommodating with a question I had. I will only purchase next item(s) from HansaToyStore.com directly. Fantastic experience.

Bought on-line, the web site was easy

Great store and beautiful stuffed animals. My granddaughter loves this bunny!

Wonderful service and wonderful Yorkshire Terrier. We are delighted in everyday with the beautifully crafted Terrier we received-Christopher and Suzanne

Excellent as usual. A grand addition to my collection at this difficult time for Australia's wildlife. Hansa animals are the best - some people believe they are taxodermy specimens John, WA

Great customer service, quick responses to questions.

Nice

The Black Mama Sheep I ordered was received quickly and the on line ordering was simple and quick. The product is the BEST......10 stars!!

The squirrel showed up in a few days. It looks amazing! I bought it as a gift for someone special who is going through some tough times. Her favorite relaxing past time is watching a limped tail squirrel she named Lance bounce around her trees. This gift made her day. Thank you for adding the best part of her gift box.
