Received my polar bear cub soon after the order. A question I had about one of the animals was answered very quickly.

Did my order online and also had a phone conversation with a customer rep. Everything was professionally handled and customer service friendly and thorough. My order was shipped Internationally to The Russian Federation. It traveled with no problems or package damage and arrived earlier than expected and passed customs no problem. Also had a tracking number so it was fun to see where it was during its travels.

I only recently discovered this store, and I'm very glad I did. I've been collecting Hansa (and other realistic) plushes for years, but it's hard to find a broad selection. I've hit the jackpot here! Looking forward to future purchases.

I was a little disappointed at first because Bear Snuggles was said to be available for shipment, but it did not ship for nearly 2 weeks. The quality of the animals is great. I had a question about another animal, and that question was answered promptly.

I ordered a ride-on sheep as a last minute purchase and needed expedited shipping. The sheep came a day earlier than promised and was well protected in several layers of packaging.
