Exactly the quality I expect from Hansa stuffed animals. Received in time for Xmas and the kids love them!

I've been collecting Hansa animals for several years now, whenever I can find room to put a new lifesize one :-) . The service is always fast and efficient and international shipping is prompt and careful. I wish I had the space for a whole zoo!

Shopping online can be a bit hit and miss. I am in Australian so when I order from overseas and have to pay a lot of postage, I do worry about whether I am getting "the real deal". The products are delightful, good quality items from a reputable brand. Will definitely buy here again!

Received my polar bear cub soon after the order. A question I had about one of the animals was answered very quickly.

Did my order online and also had a phone conversation with a customer rep. Everything was professionally handled and customer service friendly and thorough. My order was shipped Internationally to The Russian Federation. It traveled with no problems or package damage and arrived earlier than expected and passed customs no problem. Also had a tracking number so it was fun to see where it was during its travels.

I only recently discovered this store, and I'm very glad I did. I've been collecting Hansa (and other realistic) plushes for years, but it's hard to find a broad selection. I've hit the jackpot here! Looking forward to future purchases.

I was a little disappointed at first because Bear Snuggles was said to be available for shipment, but it did not ship for nearly 2 weeks. The quality of the animals is great. I had a question about another animal, and that question was answered promptly.

I ordered a ride-on sheep as a last minute purchase and needed expedited shipping. The sheep came a day earlier than promised and was well protected in several layers of packaging. Other websites offered the same sheep, but only Hansa Toy Store offered the expedited shipping that I needed. Thank you for your very prompt service!

The Hansa products are amazing! They're the best plush toys on the market with a huge product list, including animals I hadn't even heard about! They're all lovingly hand-crafted and detailed, with information on the factory they're created in, as well as the process gone into making the products. I'll be buying from this store frequently! Shipping was a little unfavourable with the products I ordered all stuffed into the box without any form of padding, and one got a little out of shape but was fixed with some effort. Otherwise fast and reliable shipping with accurate tracking! Easily one of my favourite stores ever as I am a big soft-toy collector. Very satisfied!

The animals are so real looking and they add so much character and décor to a room!!
